If you haven’t received your email, please check the following:

Outlook
1. Check your Junk folder.
- If found, right-click on the message and choose ‘Not Junk‘ and ‘Mark as Safe Sender‘.
- If the message remains in the Junk folder, drag it to the Inbox.
2. If the Focused Inbox is on, your email may have landed in the Other tab.
- Switch off the Focused Inbox by selecting the View tab (on Outlook desktop) or Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Layout > Focused Inbox (on Outlook for web).
3. Build trust.
- Send a quick reply to say you got the message, or just say “Hi”.

Gmail
1. Check your Spam folder.
- If the email has landed there, right-click on the message and choose ‘Not Spam‘.
- If the message remains in the Spam folder, drag the message to the Inbox.
2. Check your Promotions or Social tabs.
- If you find the email there, move the message to the Primary tab.
3. Build trust.
- Send a quick reply to say you got the message, or just say “Hi”.

Still can’t find your email?
By taking these actions, you are training your email program to trust us as a legitimate sender. It will improve future deliverability.
