I’ll be honest. I’ve done things the hard way. Made plenty of mistakes. Taken many wrong turns!
As a long-time business owner I’ve had to figure out websites, CRMS, online advertising and productivity tools. As a Microsoft trainer I’ve taught tens of thousands of people. As a consultant I’ve been in and out of more documents and spreadsheets than I can remember, untangling disasters and restoring order.
Today I’m battle-hardened. I recognise patterns and problems even before someone explains them. I have tools, insights and experience. This is my bread and butter
